Muffin Top Teen

A study in the journal Diabetes Care asked the parents of 104 teens with type 2 diabetes about their kids’ weight. While 87 percent of the teens were classified as overweight, only 41 percent of parents and 35 percent of kids themselves said they were “very overweight.” Of the parents who said their child’s weight was “about right,” 40 percent were in the 95th percentile of weight for their age (50 percent of teens who said their weight was about right fell into this category). Fresh fruit, whole grains, egg-white omelets and salad bars are in, while greasy fast food and Krispy Kreme is out…

Designers and urban planners need to take into account making neighborhoods walkable, and people should choose to live in areas where they don’t have to rely on a car…

Actor loses weight, height and jobs

Finally, Ron Lester, who starred as Billy Bob in the movie “Varsity Blues,” has lost 315 pounds through gastric bypass and 17 plastic surgeries to remove excess skin. Has anyone tried the Master Cleanse with Palm Syrup? It is actually better than maple syrup for the diet, it is more nutritious and makes the diet easier. There is a brand called Madal Bal palm syrup and it’s what Beyonce actually used. You can check our more information on the web site http://www.neerasupercleanse.com
